Topping
- Flour for dusting, as needed
- 1 can oil-packed tuna (70g)
- 🌽 1 ear of corn (300g)
- 60g frozen edamame
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
Dough
- 200g pancake mix
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🥛 1 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
BƯỚC
Cut the corn in half and remove the kernels. Defrost the edamame and extract the beans.
Place the corn kernels in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute.
Mix the microwaved corn with the remaining topping ingredients in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix all dough ingredients until a cohesive dough forms. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 10 minutes.
Dust a surface with flour and roll the dough out to about 5mm thickness.
Spread the topping mixture evenly over the dough, leaving about 2cm at the top edge. Roll the dough tightly from the bottom to the top and seal the edge. Cut into 8 equal pieces.
Line a frying pan with parchment paper and arrange the rolls. Add 3 tbsp of water outside the parchment paper, fold the edges inward, cover, and steam-bake on very low heat for about 20 minutes.
