- 🥬 5 cabbage leaves
Meat
- 🥓 4 slices of long bacon
Seasoning
- 1 tsp consomme powder
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Liquid
- 💧 200 ml water
White Sauce
- 🧈 20 g salted butter
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 🥛 200 ml milk
BƯỚC
Layer cabbage and bacon alternately, then cut into 3 cm widths.
Place the layered cabbage and bacon in a pot. Add consomme and water, heat on medium until boiling, then cover and simmer on low for 10 minutes.
In a microwave-safe container, melt butter at 600W for 1 minute. Add flour and mix thoroughly to avoid lumps. Gradually add milk, mixing each time.
Microwave the mixture uncovered at 600W for 2 minutes, stir, then microwave again for 1 minute and stir to thicken the sauce.
Add the white sauce to the pot, mix, and cook on medium heat for 2 minutes. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
