Slice the tuna into thin pieces.

In a resealable bag, combine the sauce ingredients and massage them together. Add the tuna slices and massage again. Marinate in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.

Serve cooked rice in a bowl, top with shiso leaves and marinated tuna slices. Add wasabi as desired.
