Main Ingredients
- 🍗 250g chicken thigh
- 🍄 1 pack maitake mushroom
- 🥬 6 cabbage leaves
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 🧅 1 tsp chopped green onion
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 2 tsp soy sauce

Cut off the root of the maitake mushroom and separate it by hand. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle with salt. Tear the cabbage leaves into smaller pieces.
Place the chicken, maitake mushroom, cabbage, and seasonings (sake, salt, soy sauce) into a microwave-safe container. Mix well, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for about 5 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
