Cake Base
- 🧈 120g butter
- 🧂 75g powdered sugar
- 🥚 2 small eggs (91g)
- 30g almond flour
- 105g cake flour
- 6g baking powder
- 25g matcha powder
- 85g sweetened red bean paste
- 🌰 30g chopped walnuts
- 🥛 30g milk

Add eggs one at a time and whip quickly until fully incorporated.
Sift the dry ingredients (cake flour, matcha powder, baking powder) and fold them into the mixture using a spatula.

Fold in the red bean paste and chopped walnuts gently.
Grease the Gugelhupf pan with butter or release agent, then fill the pan about 70% full with the batter.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15–25 minutes depending on the pan size.
