    • 150g pancake mix
    • 💧 50cc water
    • 1 tsp salad oil
  • Meat Filling

    • 🐖 100g ground pork
    • 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
    • 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
    • A pinch of pepper
    • 1 tsp sesame oil
    • 2 tsp cornstarch

Mix the dough ingredients in a bowl until combined. Knead on a flat surface until smooth, then divide into 4 equal portions and shape into balls.

Combine the filling ingredients in a separate bowl and mix until sticky. Divide into 4 equal portions.

Roll out each dough ball into a 12cm circle. Place the filling in the center, fold the dough over the filling, and twist to seal. Repeat for all 4 buns.

Boil water in a pot and place the buns on a steamer lined with parchment paper. Cover and steam over medium heat for 15 minutes.
