Dough
- 200g silken tofu
- 100g shiratama flour
- 100g pancake mix
- As needed salad oil
Filling
- 50g mentaiko
- 🌽 30g frozen corn
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧀 50g pizza cheese
BƯỚC
Cut the mentaiko open and extract the contents into a bowl.
Mix the mentaiko with frozen corn, mayonnaise, and pizza cheese in the bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix silken tofu and shiratama flour until smooth. Add pancake mix and combine. Divide into 10 portions.
Flatten each dough portion, place 1/10 of the filling in the center, wrap, and shape into a ball. Repeat for all portions.
Lightly coat a frying pan with salad oil, place the dough balls, cover, and cook on low heat for 15 minutes per side.
