- 🥬 200g cabbage, roughly chopped

- 2 tbsp tempura flakes
- 50g mentaiko, extracted from casing
- 1 piece mochi, thinly sliced
- 🧀 20g pizza cheese
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Batter
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 💧 300ml water
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Chop the cabbage roughly and slice the mochi thinly.
Cut open the mentaiko casing and extract the contents.
Mix the batter ingredients (flour, water, Worcestershire sauce) in a bowl.
Heat a hot plate with salad oil and stir-fry the ingredients until the cabbage softens.
Create a well in the center and pour the batter in portions, mixing gradually until thickened.
Spread the mixture thinly and cook to your desired doneness.
