- 3 pieces mochi
- 24 dumpling wrappers
- 150g ground pork
- 2 mentaiko
- 🧅 1/4 green onion, minced
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 50cc water
Seasoning
- 1 tsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp sesame oil
BƯỚC
Cut each mochi into 8 equal pieces.
Mince the green onion and extract the contents of the mentaiko.
In a bowl, mix ground pork with the seasoning ingredients.
Add minced green onion to the pork mixture and combine well.
Place the pork mixture, mochi pieces, and mentaiko in the center of each dumpling wrapper. Wet the edges with water and fold into dumplings.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and arrange the dumplings. Cook over medium heat until the bottoms are golden brown.
Add water to the pan, cover, and steam the dumplings for 5 minutes over medium heat. Remove the lid and cook on high heat to evaporate excess water.
