Main Ingredients
- 30g mentaiko
- 🧅 3 stalks green onion
- 🥚 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
BƯỚC
Remove the contents of the mentaiko and finely chop the green onion.
Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix. Add the seasonings and green onion to create the egg mixture.
Heat a tamagoyaki pan with salad oil, then wipe off excess oil with a paper towel. Pour 1/4 of the egg mixture into the pan and stir lightly with chopsticks. When semi-cooked, place mentaiko at the far end and roll the egg from back to front.
Push the rolled egg to the back of the pan, lightly oil the pan again, and pour another 1/4 of the egg mixture. Lift the rolled egg to allow the mixture to flow underneath, then roll again. Repeat until all egg mixture is used.
