- 🍝 80g spaghetti
Protein
- 🥛 1/2 block silken tofu
- 1/2 piece mentaiko
Vegetables
- 2 shiso leaves, sliced
Seasonings

- 🧀 1 tbsp grated cheese
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper

Extract the contents of the mentaiko.
Slice the shiso leaves thinly.
Place tofu in a bowl and mix until smooth.
Add the seasonings and mentaiko to the tofu and mix well to create the tofu cream sauce.
Boil water in a pot, cook spaghetti according to package instructions, and drain.
Combine the cooked spaghetti with the tofu cream sauce and mix well.
Plate the pasta, top with extra mentaiko and sliced shiso leaves.
