Tofu
- 🧈 300g silken tofu
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 bunch green onions, chopped
- 3 slices ginger, thinly sliced
Condiments
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- Bonito flakes, as needed
BƯỚC
Cut the roots off the green onions and slice them thinly. Thinly slice the ginger.
Pat the tofu dry with a kitchen paper towel. Cut it horizontally in half, then into three equal pieces vertically.
Arrange the tofu pieces on a microwave-safe plate. Spread the chopped green onions evenly over the tofu. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
Drizzle soy sauce over the tofu, then top with ginger slices and bonito flakes.
