- 🍚 1 serving of cooked rice
- 3 tbsp curry powder
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧅 1/4 onion, chopped
- 1/2 block spam, diced
- 🥛 200 ml milk
BƯỚC
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion until translucent.
Add diced spam to the pan and stir-fry together with the onion.
Pour milk into the pan and bring to a gentle boil.
Add curry powder to the pan and mix well, allowing it to simmer.
Crack an egg into the simmering curry and let it cook until set.
Serve the curry over prepared rice and enjoy!
