Fish
- 🐟 1 can (190g) canned mackerel in water
Vegetables
- 3cm (90g) daikon, sliced thinly
- 🧅 1/2 stalk (80g) green onion, sliced thinly
- 🥕 3cm carrot, sliced thinly
- 🌱 3 slices ginger, thinly sliced
Seasoning
- 1.5 tbsp miso
Broth
- 💧 350ml water
- 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder
BƯỚC
Slice daikon and carrot thinly into quarter pieces. Slice green onion diagonally and ginger into thin strips.
In a pot, add water, dashi powder, ginger, and the canned mackerel along with its liquid. Break the mackerel into rough chunks. Heat over medium until boiling, then add daikon, carrot, and green onion. Cover and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Dissolve miso into the soup and let it simmer briefly before serving.
