- 🥕 50g carrot, sliced
- 100g bean sprouts
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1 tbsp dried wakame
Broth
- 💧 300ml water
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder

Slice the carrot into thin pieces.

In a pot, bring 300ml of water to a boil and add the dashi powder.

Add the sliced carrot and bean sprouts to the pot. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
