- 🐟 200g salmon fillets
Vegetables
- 200g bean sprouts
- 75g yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 125g pea shoots
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp sake
Miso Sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
BƯỚC
Slice the yellow bell pepper and trim the roots of the pea shoots.
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
Mix the miso sauce ingredients (mirin, miso, and grated ginger) in a bowl.
Layer the bean sprouts in a frying pan, place the salmon on top, drizzle with sake, cover, and steam over medium-low heat for about 8 minutes.
Add the yellow bell pepper and pea shoots, pour the miso sauce over, cover again, and steam for an additional 2-3 minutes.
