- 🥬 2 leaves (60g) lettuce
- 100g mizuna
Seaweed
- 2 sheets Korean seaweed
Condiments
- 🌰 1 tsp white sesame seeds
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- 2 tbsp sesame oil

Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Trim the mizuna roots and cut into 4cm lengths.

In a bowl, mix the ☆ ingredients (garlic, soy sauce, chicken stock powder, sesame oil). Add the lettuce and mizuna, then toss to combine.

Plate the salad, tear the Korean seaweed over the top, and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
