Pasta
- 🍝 100g spaghetti
Vegetables
- 50g morohaya leaves
Seafood
- 50g mentaiko
Condiments
- 🧄 1/2 clove garlic, sliced
- Pinch of sliced chili
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp concentrated soy sauce
Liquid
- 50ml pasta cooking water

Remove morohaya leaves and chop into 1cm pieces. Slice garlic thinly.
Cut mentaiko skin and extract the roe.
Boil water in a pot, add salt, and cook spaghetti 1 minute less than package instructions. Reserve 50ml of pasta cooking water.
Heat olive oil, garlic, and chili in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add morohaya and sauté briefly.
Add spaghetti, mentaiko, reserved pasta water, and soy sauce to the pan. Stir and combine well.
