In a pot, combine dashi powder and water, and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add the enoki mushrooms and simmer for 1–2 minutes.

Add the mozuku seaweed and green onion to the pot, simmer briefly, then reduce the heat to low. Dissolve the miso paste into the soup and heat gently without boiling.
