Seaweed
- 100g mozuku seaweed
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
BƯỚC
Wash the mozuku seaweed with water and drain. Cut into 1cm widths.
Add all seasoning ingredients (☆) into a pot and mix well. Heat over medium heat until boiling.
Add the mozuku to the boiling mixture and loosen it. Once boiling again, reduce to low heat and simmer for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the liquid is almost gone.
