- 🍄 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 🍄 1/2 bag enoki mushrooms
Vegetable
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 💧 400 ml water
BƯỚC
Trim the root ends of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them into bite-sized pieces. Trim the root ends of the enoki mushrooms and cut them into halves.
In a pot, combine all seasoning ingredients and bring to a boil. Add the prepared mushrooms and simmer over medium heat for about 2 minutes until cooked.
Serve the soup in bowls and garnish with chopped green onions.
