- 8 okra
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
BƯỚC
Rub salt (1/4 tsp, not listed in ingredients) onto okra on a cutting board, then rinse with water. Place okra in a microwave-safe container, add water (1 tsp, not listed in ingredients), cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Cool in water and drain.
Trim the okra stems and cut into diagonal thirds. Slice myoga thinly after halving lengthwise.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (salt, sesame oil, grated ginger, and sesame seeds) in a bowl. Add okra and myoga, then mix well.
