Vegetables
- 1 myoga (Japanese ginger)
Seasonings
- 1 tsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 300ml water

Heat the seasonings (sake, salt, soy sauce, dashi powder, and water) in a pot over medium heat.
