Main Ingredients
- 1 pack natto
- 1 bag bean sprouts
- 1 pack kaiware sprouts
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1.5 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1 tbsp ground white sesame
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper

Trim the roots off the kaiware sprouts.
Place the bean sprouts in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain and let cool.
Mix the natto in a bowl until evenly combined.
In a separate bowl, mix the sesame oil, ponzu sauce, ground sesame, and salt and pepper. Add the bean sprouts, kaiware sprouts, and natto, then mix thoroughly.
