- 🍝 80g spaghetti

- 1 pack natto
- 100g mizuna, chopped
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 1 tbsp pasta cooking water

Cut the mizuna into 3cm pieces after removing the roots.
Boil water in a pot, add salt (not listed in ingredients), and cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Reserve 1 tbsp of the cooking water before draining.
In a bowl, mix the seasonings (olive oil, soy sauce, butter, and reserved pasta water) with the natto and cooked spaghetti. Add the chopped mizuna and mix quickly.
