Main Ingredients
- 150g shirataki noodles
- 1 serving Chinese noodles
- 50g thinly sliced pork
- 🧅 1 green onion
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧅 Chopped green onion as needed
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tsp chicken bouillon powder
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
BƯỚC
Slice the green onion diagonally. Cut the shirataki noodles into bite-sized lengths, boil them in a pot of water for about 3 minutes, then drain.
Heat sesame oil in a pan, add pork and minced garlic, and stir-fry over medium heat until the pork changes color. Add the green onion and stir-fry until softened, then add the shirataki noodles and Chinese noodles.
Once the noodles are loosened, add the seasonings (☆) and stir-fry until evenly mixed. Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
