NGUYÊN LIỆU
Rice
- 🍚 2 cups rice
Vegetables
- 40g new ginger, sliced
- To taste julienned ginger
Protein
- 1/2 sheet fried tofu, pre-treated
Seasoning
- 💧 380cc water
- 1 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
BƯỚC
Wash the rice and let it drain in a sieve for 30 minutes.
Peel and julienne the new ginger, soak in water for 10 minutes, then drain.
Cut the fried tofu in half horizontally, then slice into 5mm strips.
Add rice and the seasoning mixture (water, dashi powder, sake, salt, soy sauce) into the rice cooker. Mix well and flatten the rice surface. Spread the ginger and tofu evenly on top, then cook as usual.
Serve in bowls and garnish with julienned ginger.
