Vegetables
- 50g of nira, chopped into 4cm pieces
- 50g of enoki mushrooms, halved and loosened
Seasonings
- 1 1/2 tbsp of ponzu sauce
- 1 tbsp of ground white sesame
- 1 tsp of sesame oil
BƯỚC
Cut the nira into 4cm pieces and halve the enoki mushrooms, loosening the root ends.
Place the nira and enoki mushrooms in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Rinse with cold water and squeeze out excess moisture.
Mix the ponzu sauce, ground white sesame, and sesame oil in a bowl. Add the nira and enoki mushrooms, then toss to combine.
