- 1 bunch nira (garlic chives)
- 1 piece ginger, julienned
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp salted kombu
- 🌾 1 tsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

Cut the nira (garlic chives) into 4 cm pieces and julienne the ginger.

Place the nira in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Cool with water and drain thoroughly.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
