- 100g ground pork
Vegetables
- 1/2 bunch nira (garlic chives)
Staples
- 30g vermicelli
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 6 spring roll wrappers
- Enough salad oil for frying
Thickening Agents
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 💧 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 💧 1 tbsp water
BƯỚC
Soak vermicelli in hot water until softened, drain, and cut into 3cm pieces.
Mix ground pork with sake and salt in a bowl. Cut nira into 3cm pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add pork, and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add nira and vermicelli, stir-fry until softened, then add soy sauce and mix well.
Add potato starch mixed with water to the pan, stir to thicken, and let cool.
Place the filling on spring roll wrappers, roll tightly, and seal the edges with flour mixed with water.
Heat salad oil to 170°C in a pot, fry spring rolls until golden brown, turning occasionally.
