- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp gochujang
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar

Cut nira into 4 cm pieces and beat the eggs well.

Heat half the sesame oil in a frying pan, pour in the eggs, and stir until semi-cooked. Remove from the pan.

Add the remaining sesame oil to the pan and stir-fry the nira lightly.

Add all the seasonings (sake, soy sauce, gochujang, sugar) and mix well.
