- 2 myoga
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- 5 cm grated daikon (100g)

- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce

Cut nira into 4 cm pieces, slice myoga thinly, and grate daikon. Lightly squeeze out excess water from the grated daikon.

Place nira and bean sprouts in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes until cooked. Let cool slightly.
