- 🐙 200g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 🥒 240g daikon radish, 8cm piece
Seasonings
- 600cc water
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
BƯỚC
Cut the daikon into 2cm thick slices and make shallow cross-shaped cuts on one side.
Cut the boiled octopus into halves and skewer them with bamboo sticks.
Place the daikon in a pot, add enough water to cover them, and heat over medium heat. Once boiling, reduce to medium-low heat and simmer for about 5 minutes. Drain the water.
Add the daikon, ☆ seasonings, and octopus to the pot. Heat over medium heat until boiling, then cover and simmer on low heat for 15–20 minutes.
