- 🐙 150g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 🍅 2 whole tomatoes
- 🥬 4 stalks asparagus (80g)
Broth
- 💧 600cc water
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp consomme
BƯỚC
Skewer the boiled octopus with bamboo sticks.
Remove the tomato stems and make a cross-cut on the opposite side. Boil water in a pot, add the tomatoes, and heat for about 30 seconds. Remove and cool in cold water, then peel the skin. Trim the asparagus ends with a peeler and cut into thirds.
Bring water to a boil in a pot and mix in the remaining broth ingredients.
Add the tomatoes to the broth, cover, and simmer for about 3 minutes. Add the asparagus and octopus, cover again, and simmer for another 5 minutes. Let cool and refrigerate for 2 hours.
