Fish
- 1 can (190g) canned mackerel
Tofu
- 2 pieces (40g) fried tofu
Vegetables
- 120g cabbage
- 4 shiso leaves
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 3 pieces (30g) processed cheese
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tbsp potato starch
BƯỚC
Drain the canned mackerel and mash it in a bowl.
Finely chop the cabbage and shiso leaves, then mix them with the mashed mackerel.
Add grated ginger, mayonnaise, soy sauce, pepper, and potato starch to the mixture and combine thoroughly.
Cut the fried tofu into halves and open them to create pockets.
Stuff the tofu pockets with the mixture and add a piece of processed cheese inside each pocket.
Pan-fry the stuffed tofu pockets until golden brown on both sides.
