Vegetables
- 🌱 6 okra (60g)
- 100g okawakame
Condiments
- 1/4 tsp grated ginger
- 1 packet (2g) bonito flakes
- 1 1/2 tbsp ponzu sauce
BƯỚC
Rub okra with salt and roll it on a cutting board.
Boil a pot of water and cook okra for about 40 seconds. Remove and cool in cold water, then drain. In the same boiling water, cook okawakame for 15 seconds, then cool in cold water and drain.
Trim the stem and calyx of the okra, then slice into 5mm pieces. Cut okawakame into bite-sized pieces.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
