Vegetables
- 6 myoga
- 5 okra
Seasonings
- 🍬 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 30 ml vinegar
- 💧 100 ml water
BƯỚC
Combine all seasoning ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil. Let it cool to room temperature.
Trim the okra and rub with salt on a cutting board. Cut the myoga in half lengthwise.
Boil water in a pot, blanch the myoga and okra briefly, then drain and pat dry.
Place the myoga, okra, and cooled seasoning mixture into a storage bag. Mix well and refrigerate for about 2 hours.
