- 🦐 10 peeled shrimp (150g)

- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt

Rub okra with a pinch of salt, rinse with water, and slice myoga into thin strips.
Clean shrimp by removing veins and pat dry.
Boil water, add a pinch of salt, cook okra for 1 minute, then blanch in cold water. Use the same water to briefly cook shrimp. Trim okra and cut diagonally into thirds.
Mix vinegar, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Add okra, myoga, and shrimp, then toss to combine.
