- 20g vermicelli
- 4 okra (50g)
- 🌽 2 tbsp frozen corn
- 1 tsp dried wakame
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Garnish
- Pinch of white sesame seeds
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 400ml water
BƯỚC
Rub okra with a pinch of salt, rinse under water, and pat dry. Trim the stem and remove the calyx. Slice diagonally into thirds. Cut vermicelli into manageable lengths.
Heat a pot over medium heat and add all seasoning ingredients. Bring to a boil, then add okra, corn, vermicelli, and wakame. Simmer on low heat for 2 minutes until vermicelli softens. Drizzle sesame oil.
Serve in bowls and sprinkle white sesame seeds on top.
