NGUYÊN LIỆU
Main
- 🥓 5 slices thinly sliced pork belly
- 🌱 10 pieces okra
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
Ponzu Sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🌰 A pinch of white sesame seeds
BƯỚC
Trim the stems and ridges of the okra. Rub them with a pinch of salt on a cutting board, rinse with water, and pat dry.
Cut the pork slices in half lengthwise.
Lay a piece of pork flat, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and place an okra at one end. Roll the pork around the okra. Repeat to make 10 rolls.
Place the rolls seam-side down on a microwave-safe plate. Sprinkle with sake, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for about 3 minutes until cooked through. Let sit covered for 2 minutes.
In a bowl, mix the ponzu soy sauce, sesame oil, and sesame seeds to make the sauce.
Serve the pork rolls on a plate and drizzle with the ponzu sauce.
