    • 🧂 1/2 tsp salt

    • 🥛 300cc milk

    • 🧂 to taste salt and pepper
    • 1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour

Cut the Chinese cabbage into bite-sized pieces, slice the onion, and separate the shimeji mushrooms by hand.

Place oysters in a bowl, wash them by changing water 2–3 times, pat dry with paper towels, season with salt and pepper, and coat with flour.

Heat butter in a pot, add the oysters, and cook over medium heat until browned. Remove and set aside.

Using the same pot, sauté the onion over medium heat until softened. Add flour and stir until no longer powdery.

Add shimeji mushrooms, Chinese cabbage, water, consomme, salt, and pepper. Mix well, cover, and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.

Return the browned oysters to the pot, add milk, and simmer over medium heat until warmed through.
