Fish
- 2 frozen oilfish fillets (150g)
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Dry Ingredients
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Butter
- 🧈 15g salted butter
Sauce
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice

Thaw the frozen oilfish fillets and pat them dry with kitchen paper. Season with salt and pepper, then coat evenly with all-purpose flour.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over low heat. Add the fillets and cook until golden brown on one side. Flip and cook for about 5 minutes until fully cooked. Remove and place on a serving plate.
In the same pan, add salted butter and heat until melted. Stir in lemon juice and cook over medium heat for 30 seconds. Pour the sauce over the cooked oilfish fillets.
