- 1/2 red bell pepper (75g)
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper (75g)
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp chicken bouillon powder
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 🌾 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
BƯỚC
Remove the stems and seeds from the red and yellow bell peppers, then slice them into thin strips about 7mm wide.
Place the sliced peppers in a microwave-safe container, add 1 tbsp of water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Drain the water.
In a bowl, mix all the seasonings (salt, chicken bouillon, garlic, sesame oil, and sesame seeds). Add the cooked peppers and mix well.
