- Leaves from 1 turnip, cut into 3cm pieces
Seasonings
- 1 tsp kombucha powder
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 red chili, sliced

Peel the turnips and cut them into appropriate sizes. Cut the turnip leaves into 3cm pieces.

Remove seeds from the red chili and slice it into rings.

Place the turnips, turnip leaves, kombucha powder, salt, and red chili into a plastic bag. Massage the ingredients together and refrigerate for 15–30 minutes.
