Vegetables
- 5 green peppers (150g)
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🌾 1/2 tbsp ground white sesame
BƯỚC
Cut the green peppers in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and stems, and slice them thinly crosswise. Place them in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Let them cool slightly.
In a bowl, mix the gochujang, mayonnaise, and ground white sesame. Add the cooled peppers and toss to coat evenly.
