- 🍚 400g cooked rice
Main
- 8 pieces inari wrappers
- 30g dried shirasu
- 1 plum, pitted and chopped
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
BƯỚC
Slice the cucumber into thin half-moons. Add 1/4 tsp salt and massage into the cucumber. Let sit for 5 minutes, rinse, and squeeze out excess water.
Pit the plum and chop it finely.
Mix vinegar, sugar, and salt in a bowl until fully dissolved.
Combine the cooked rice with the vinegar mixture, mixing gently. Add cucumber, plum, and shirasu, and mix evenly.
Open the inari wrappers and fill each with 1/8 of the seasoned rice mixture. Fold the edges inward to seal. Sprinkle sesame seeds evenly on top.
