- 🐖 150g pork loin slices
Vegetables
- 🥬 200g cabbage, chopped
- 4 shiso leaves, sliced
Condiments
- 2 umeboshi, mashed
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp concentrated soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
BƯỚC
Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Slice the shiso leaves thinly. Remove the pits from the umeboshi and mash them into a paste.
Place the cabbage in a microwave-safe container and layer the pork slices on top. Sprinkle sake over the pork, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for about 5 minutes until the pork is cooked. Drain excess liquid.
In a bowl, mix the mashed umeboshi with soy sauce and sesame oil. Add the cooked pork and cabbage, and toss to combine.
Serve on a plate and garnish with sliced shiso leaves.
