- 🥕 1/2 carrot, julienned
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- 3 shiso leaves, torn
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- to taste white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- a pinch of pepper
BƯỚC
Julienne the carrot.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the pork until its color changes. Add the carrot and stir-fry over medium heat until cooked.
Add the bean sprouts and stir-fry briefly.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, salt, pepper) and stir-fry until the moisture evaporates.
Plate the dish, garnish with torn shiso leaves and sprinkle white sesame seeds.
