Meat
- 🐖 200g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🥕 100g julienned carrot
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, a pinch
Seasonings
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sake
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
BƯỚC
Cut the carrot into thin julienne strips about 5mm wide.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the pork, and stir-fry until the meat changes color.
Add carrot, grated garlic, and grated ginger, and stir-fry until the carrot softens.
Add the seasoning mixture (soy sauce, sugar, sake) and stir-fry for about 2 minutes until the liquid evaporates.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle chopped green onion on top.
