Meat
- 🐖 150g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🥬 2 leaves Chinese cabbage (160g)
- 🥕 1/2 carrot
- 🍄 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
Seasoning
- 1 tsp Wei-Pa (Chinese soup stock)
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 🧂 A dash of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Liquid
- 💧 100cc water
Thickener
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 1/2 tbsp water

Cut Chinese cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Halve the carrot lengthwise, then slice into 5mm thick half-moon shapes. Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate into smaller clusters.
Cut pork into 3cm wide strips and season with salt and pepper.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Add cabbage, carrot, and mushrooms, and stir-fry until the cabbage softens.
Add Wei-Pa, salt, and water. Mix well, cover, and simmer on low heat for 5–6 minutes.
Add the cornstarch slurry (cornstarch mixed with water) and stir until the mixture thickens.
